We are finally reopening!

We hope you and your family and friends are safe and well.

We are pleased to let you know that we will be open for business again from 4th July.

Please be sure to read this page in full before you attend your next appointment.

Making an appointment…

To help with social distancing, please phone the salon if you want to make an appointment. You can also use the WhatsApp link below if you are viewing this page on your mobile device – please do not come into the salon.

Please bear with us as we try to get everyone booked in. We will also be operating a cancellation list.

Important health & safety measures we are taking:

  1. Our team will greet you without close contact (no handshakes, hugs etc.)

  2. Only two clients will be permitted into the salon at any one time. Please come to your appointment alone. If you are bringing a child and they are old enough to be left with us and collected after their service, please do so. If not then one adult will be able to sit in with one child.

  3. On arrival, please wait outside the door until you are greeted by one of the team. Your temperature will be checked and you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water, as shall we.

  4. If you choose to wear a coat, please bring a carrier bag to put it in for the duration of your visit.

  5. If you have your own mask, please bring this with you to wear for the duration of your service. All staff members will be wearing a mask/shield at all times. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one for you for a very small charge.

  6. Staff at the backwash will also be wearing a plastic face shield while washing your hair. You will be provided with a freshly sanitised shield also if this is your preference.

  7. Disposable towels and gowns will be available to you if you would prefer (there will be a small charge of £3 added to your bill). However, we can assure you that ALL our non-disposable cotton towels and nylon gowns will be single use and washed immediately after each client with antibacterial detergent.

  8. Our team are following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in provided bins after use. Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.

  9. There will be no magazines available, so please bring your own reading material if you wish.

  10. Team members will be sanitising all stations, door handles and bathrooms regularly.

  11. Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments.

  12. We will be serving water in disposable cups. You may bring your own drink but no food please. We will not be serving our usual range of hot beverages.

  13. Please pay with a card (preferably contactless) where possible instead of cash. You have the option to pay your bill by phone, prior to your appointment if you would like to minimise face to face interaction.

We apologise for this long list. Those of you who are familiar with us will know that we love to keep things super chilled and informal but we have to be sensible in these crazy times!

Thank you for supporting us during this time and we can’t wait to see you soon!
