Making an appointment…

To help with social distancing, please phone the salon if you want to make an appointment. You can also use the WhatsApp link below if you are viewing this page on your mobile device – please do not come into the salon for appointment requests.

Important health & safety measures we are taking:

  1. Our team will greet you without close contact (no handshakes, hugs etc.)

  2. Please come to your appointment alone. If you are bringing a child and they are old enough to be left with us and collected after their service, please do so. If not then one adult will be able to sit in with one child.

  3. On arrival, please wait outside the door until you are greeted by one of the team. You will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water, as shall we.

  4. The salon will need to be well ventilated at all times. So feel free to bring a warm blanket if you're a chilly person! 

  5. Please bring a mask with you to wear for the duration of your service. All staff members will be wearing a mask and/or face shield at all times. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one for you for a very small charge.

  6. We can assure you that ALL our towels and gowns will be single use and washed immediately after each client with antibacterial detergent.

  7. Our team are following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in provided bins after use. Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.

  8. There will be no magazines available, so please bring your own reading material if you wish.

  9. Team members will be sanitising all stations, door handles and bathroom regularly.

  10. Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments.

  11. We will be serving our normal selection of drinks in disposable cups. You may bring your own drink if you wish but no food please.

  12. Please pay with card where possible. You have the option to pay your bill by phone, prior to your appointment if you would like to minimise face to face interaction.

YOU MUST NOT COME IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT IF:

- You are waiting for the result of a test for coronavirus.

- You have tested positive for coronavirus.

- You have any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID 19). The main symptoms of coronavirus are:

- High temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not

need to measure your temperature).

- New, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or three or

more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than

usual).

- Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot

smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.

Most people with coronavirus have at least one of these symptoms.

Or

- You live with someone who:

- Is waiting for a coronavirus test result.

- Has tested positive for coronavirus.

- Has symptoms of coronavirus (COVID 19).

We apologise for this long list. Those of you who are familiar with us will know that we love to keep things super chilled and informal but we have to be sensible in these crazy times!
